Gabardine is a tight twill wool fabric woven with combed wool yarn and has certain waterproof properties. Also known as Rolling Ding, it is an English transliteration. It is suitable for making raincoats, windbreakers, uniforms and casual clothes, etc. There is often twill tissue, and the surface of the fabric shows a steep twill strip, with an angle of about 63°, which is a right twill, weighing 270~320g/m2. The texture is light and thin with twill tissue, called single-sided Huada, weighing 250~290g/m2. The thick texture is made of satin back, called satin back Huada, thick and clean, weighing 330~380g/m2. The surface of Huada tweed is flat and smooth, the twill grain is clear and delicate, the feel is firm and strong, and the color is soft. Most of them are plain, and there are also flashes and flowers. The warp yarn density is twice that of the weft yarn, and the warp strength is high, and it is firm and wear-resistant. However, the parts that are subject to long-term friction after wearing are easy to form aurora because the grain is flattened. Cotton Huada tweed is made of cotton yarn, which is woven in imitation of Maohuada tweed style. There are two types: warp and weft full line and thread warp and weft. The blank cloth needs to be finished and processed by silk, dyeing, etc. In addition, there are also wool warp cotton weft huada tweed and various chemical fiber pure spun and blended huada tweed.
